How It Works
Buying a Stock Car
- Search the fixed-price Stock Cars catalogue by make, model, year, price and mileage.
- Open a listing to review photos, grade and specification, then reserve the vehicle.
- Complete payment through your account; the vehicle is secured for you once payment clears.
- We prepare export documentation and move straight into shipping and tracking.
Buying at Live Auction
- Register and complete account verification, then make a JPY security deposit to unlock Verified Bidder status — this backs your bids and opens Live Auctions.
- Browse auction vehicles and, where useful, request translation of the auction sheet or an independent inspection before you bid.
- Place a proxy bid: set a priority, your destination country, and your maximum offer in JPY. Bids are final once the daily cycle locks.
- One car can be won per customer per daily cycle; any other open bids for that cycle are withdrawn automatically once you win.
- Pay the balance in full within the deadline shown on your purchase; late payment can result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Export & Shipping
- Once payment is confirmed, we acquire the vehicle and prepare export documents.
- Your shipment is booked (RoRo or container, depending on the vehicle and route) and the car is loaded.
- You can follow every stage — documents shipped, shipment booked, car loaded, in transit, arrived at destination port — from your account.
- Destination-country import duties, taxes and registration are handled locally; see the relevant Import Guide for your country.
